underwhelming stay
cold plates sound insulation
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions
the breakfast service was poorly executed plates were cold and staff seemed uninterested moreover the room lacked proper sound insulation the noise from the taproom downstairs made restful evenings impossible this was frustrating after long days exploring i felt the price i paid did not match the value i received

a romantic getaway
great location helpful staff lovely touch
the location was fantastic, right by the river. it felt so romantic. the hotel staff were helpful. i found them to be very attentive to our needs. the included breakfast was a lovely touch, a perfect start to each day.
i noticed that the hallway carpet looked worn. it could benefit from some refreshing, to match the updated rooms.

Breakfast was generous, with various options. i especially loved the fresh pastries. They were AMAZING!!! the dining area overlooked the river, a beautiful view. the service was attentive and quick, i was impressed.

river view brewery
The room had a beautiful view of the river ness and the cathedral opposite. i found the location to be great. It was easy to walk to food, coffee, and other attractions. the brewery on site was a definite plus.
the hotel did not have a lift, so carrying heavy suitcases upstairs was difficult.

the hotel offers convenient access to key city attractions, and i was able to walk easily to various points of interest. it sits next to the river ness, and a cathedral sits opposite the hotel.

A brewery and distillery are on-site. I found this convenient. the hotel features town house-style buildings. there is no elevator for upper floors! the car park is spacious and free for all guests.

brewery tour on site brewery parking cost veggie food
The brewery tour was very walkable. The on site brewery was a plus. I could take advantage of the Brewery and Distillery tour. It was very walkable!
Parking would cost extra per night. I found out by chance I could just feed the meter per hour after 10am. The rate seemed very expensive. Though it was not clearly stated. There was very little veggie food on offer.

city center walking distance parking slots on-site road slots off breakfast food poor choice waitresses training no guest feeling unwelcome
i enjoyed the location a lot. getting to the city center only takes about 5 minutes walking. off road parking slots were available on site for my car.
the breakfast was a let down. the waitresses stood around in one corner and chatted. they did not seem competent or trained on how to.
